with comments from Sarina C.
1) Feed myself properly: “Yeah, dorker. That means eating AT LEAST three meals a day. And proper meals. Not a whole bucket of Red Vines. And try to go to different cafeterias so you don’t get bored of eating burritos and sandwiches for the next ten weeks. Or — call me crazy — COOK! :P I love youuu.”
2) Attend all classes: “No comment. You should already have been doing this, silly pants.”
3) Do all homework to the best of my ability; don’t rationalize my way out of things: “Amen to that.”
4) Skate at least 30 mins. every day — even when it’s raining (because I can skate inside the garages); don’t stress out — I’m having fun!!!!: “That’s a good resolution!!! I think this will really help you boost your self-confidence too — because then you won’t be overly concerned with the fact that you’re not where you’re supposed to be in terms of skating.”
5) Be patient and listen: “:D”
6) Stop emphasizing money and counting deeds: “Even though I might get annoyed with this, it stills makes you who you are — and I admire this about you. This aspect of your personality emphasizes how logical you are — and I like that about you. It keeps me grounded because I can be a very fanciful dreamer. Don’t completely do away with this part of you. I need that.”
7) Clean my room once a week: “Yeah. This would probably help when you go home too — ‘cause then you won’t be complaining about how messy your room is and how much you have to do before you head back to Vallejo. :P”
